Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead process design, setup, and optimization box-build production lines to achieve operational excellence in quality, yield, and cost.

- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities -- from process feasibility study, line setup, and equipment qualification to production handover.

- Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma practices to reduce waste and enhance manufacturing performance.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring process or quality issues.

- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and equipment engineering teams to ensure process stability and compliance with customer standards.

- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior engineers and line technicians to strengthen technical capability within the team.

- Evaluate and propose automation, tooling, and process enhancements to improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.

- Maintain and update all process-related documentation (PFMEA, control plan, SOPs, work instructions) in line with ISO and customer requirements.

- Monitor and analyze process KPIs to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Support customer audits and technical reviews related to process capability and compliance.

Job Requirements:-

1)Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electronics Engineering.
2)Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in box-build process engineering, preferably within an EMS or precision manufacturing environment.
3)Strong technical knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and box-build assembly processes.
4)Proven track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and yield enhancement projects.
5)Skilled in DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
6)Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation technologies.
