Understanding client requirements and accurate implementing them with stringent quality parameters.
Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement
Assisting clients in image hosting and promoting dynamic campaigns
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in International Technical Support /Customer Support preferably in a voice + chat support channels
Client handling experience for advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile), Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per view and/or Cost Per Acquisition) will be a significant added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English.
Problem Solving and Analytical Aptitude (IQ 100 or above)
Work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation
