You\'ll play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing processes across all operational stages, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our rigorous quality standards.Key responsibilities

• Oversee rigorous quality control processes in both lab and production environments, ensuring all products meet and exceed our demanding standards.
• Develop and implement effective quality assurance (QA) policies and procedures, fostering a company-wide commitment to exceptional quality.
• Lead and collaborate seamlessly with lab technicians and online QC teams, guaranteeing consistent and accurate quality control across all operations.
• Analyze data and identify key trends to continuously improve processes, minimize defects, and maximize efficiency.
• Champion compliance with all relevant quality and safety regulations, keeping us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and skills

• A Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools is a must.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies, with a focus on process optimization.
• Familiarity with both lab testing procedures and online QC processes.
• A track record of implementing and managing successful quality control systems.
• Certifications in quality management (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001) or relevant industry-specific training.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are key to collaboration and success.
