: * Responsible for coordinating with Business Units on purchase requests on daily basis. * Oversees contract managements between vendors, legal team and Business Units. * Manages negotiations with vendors and ensuring service : Responsible for coordinating with Business Units on purchase requests on daily basis. Oversees contract managements between vendors, legal team and Business Units. Manages negotiations with vendors and ensuring services provided meets requirements and are up to expectations. Ensuring all procurement processes are in compliance with Procurement Policy. Manages day-to-day placement of high value purchase orders. Assist in sourcing and in execution for materials & cost reduction negotiation with suppliers, vendor registrations and cross-checking purchases information. Monitor and tracking on purchases and expanse reports on weekly basis, but not limited to cost analyses and suppliers' performance. Assist and support in all areas for procurement team whenever needed. Requirements: Must possess at least 3-4 years' experience in procurement scope. Willing to travel to warehouse (in and out from Klang Valley) when necessary. Required computer skill(s): Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point Strong negotiation and analytic skills, proactive, able to adapt to new environment quickly and willing to learn. Strong understanding on P2P (purchasing to payment) process. Good communication skills and able to articulate.
