Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.P2P Service Delivery

  • Responsible for processing purchase requests on a daily basis, including understanding requirements, sourcing, RFQ, comparison, awarding, invoice processing and coordination.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities with related departments/teams and requestors.
  • Monitor and track purchases and expense reports on a weekly basis, but not limited to cost analyses and suppliers\' performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting any related issues arising from the sourcing performed.
  • Support in project work involving RFI and/or RFP and special task forces, when required.
  • Resolve delivery and quality issues to ensure business operation runs smoothly.
  • Study and evaluate areas of opportunity for possible cost reduction.
  • Coordinate cost reduction activity with relevant parties.
  • Overall vendor management, including background checks, onboarding, communications and coordination, statement of accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing, discussions when necessary.
  • Source for new vendors and manage vendors in relation to competitive pricing, quality, and services.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers, evaluating and managing their performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring price is finalized and updated on a timely basis in the system.
  • Work closely with Account Payable team to ensure timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.
Reporting
  • Prepare reports and assist in any data entry when required.
  • Preparation of monthly reports related to Procurement (e.g Open PO).
  • Responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of reports.
  • Involve in data cleansing activity and data ownership transfer.
Project Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively challenge the current processes and develop business process improvements.
  • Assist Procurement Manager in implementing the department objectives, controlling the quality level of products and services and promoting continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Support the implementation of new procedures as well as evaluate, plan, and implement improvements of existing procedures in all business processes and practices.
  • Work closely with the systems support team to continually automate, streamline, and improve current processes to improve business efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on Procurement related matters, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Procurement function.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Skills/Knowledge
  • Good negotiation and analytic skills, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Basic understanding on P2P (purchasing to payment).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP software. Require having an understanding of some applications such as SAP, Salesforces, and SQL.
  • The ability to be detail oriented but can visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions.
  • Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls.
  • Comfortable working with manual and automated processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Action orientated to deliver results effectively.
  • Service oriented attitude and able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with vendors and data.
