Job Description

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to: * Be the subject matter expert for analyzing core business and product data by providing insights to a variety of stakeholders

• Identify and analyze the whole company\xe2\x80\x99s purchase conversion rate levers, touching different key areas such as user behavioral data, product catalog algorithms, pricing strategy, etc, to derive valuable insights that matter in product decision making or experimenting, and then reporting findings based on your interpretations
• Work with different stakeholders to help them to leverage data as part of their decision-making process
• Democratize data-driven mindset and analytical skills to other departments in the company
• Work closely with our Data & Growth Product Manager and Data team in developing and enhancing insight quality through review and validation of data, and implementation of appropriate controls and checkpoints

Here are our expectations for this role: * More than 4 years\' experience in an analytical role, ideally in Business/Product Analytics, Finance, or Management Consulting in a company known for best-in-class products

• A highly motivated individual with a passion in data-driven user insights; specially to uncover potential growth opportunities and identify gaps
• Strong quantitative background and comfortable working with large amounts of data
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to solve exciting live business problems
• Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, strong presentation and persuasion skills
• A growth mindset \xe2\x80\x93 willingness to learn and improve. If you are unhappy with current processes/methods, you are constantly looking at new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work, and how things are done
• Passionate about e-commerce and the user behaviors towards online shopping
• Team player who can work in a cross-functional environment
• Intermediate knowledge in SQL will be an advantage
