About the role
The role will be responsible for facilitate a particular project\'s evaluation and qualification material build, product characterization, EOL and HLT failure analyses and collaborate the strategies with New Product and RDD.
Develop techniques necessary to characterize issues or problems and/or improve team\'s process.
Conduct product characterization to optimize mechanical and electrical parameters.
Collaborate with RDD and Operations Team to identify and resolve analyses for process and product-related concerns promptly.
Issue reports or documents pertaining to deviation requests, new component introduction and process change requests.
Assist other responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.
Support the execution of plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs. Ensure product needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs and initiatives by consulting with the cross-functional team.
Facilitate the EOL Test Management by assuring the measurement stability of all testers and support the Change Request Implementation (CRI), led by RDD, on software-related developments and upgrades.
Collaborate with Equipment and Process Engineering to minimize retest and further improve the yield.
Support heater and material qualification and hand-over completed projects to relevant sustaining engineering team members. Submit all pertaining documents as required by DPAP. Work with suppliers and RDD to cover all the requirements for workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to identify the root cause and resolve the outstanding issues. Support failure analyses and characterization activities for new products and processes. Review failure analysis reports from engineers and recommend actions for improvement.

Support the change process and help others cope with the change - deviation requests, new product introductions, internal process change requests and notices and change request implementations, led by RDD.

Organize the parts of a problem or situation, making systematic comparisons of different aspects of it, understanding the implications and setting priorities on a rational basis. Use various analytical techniques to break complex problems into component parts. Selectively examine and absorb a large amount of data.
