Job Description

• Develop short-term & long-term sales & marketing strategies and lead the marketing team for ethical (generics) drugs in M\'sia.
• Develop and execute innovative promotional inputs to improve sales and market share as per the brand objectives both through medical marketing activities.
• Monitor/track the monthly performance of brands and budgets, deliver the objectives in terms of Sales, Profit margins and Market Shares via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research, market insights and monitor /anticipate market development for new products as well as current brands potentiality
• Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
• Manage relationship with other external agencies, e.g. POS developers, media channels, talent agencies etc.
• Coordinate with distribution, demand planning and regulatory to ensure timely availability of products.
• Evaluate packaging / pack and pricing options on regular basis benchmarking the brand to the category/competition.
• Communicate market strategies to sales team and provide them required information.
• Carry out market/field visits to oversee implementation of marketing activities.
• Actively drive Brand Innovation to develop new products/formats to augment the Brand presence in its core category, and also facilitate expansion into adjunct categories.

Requirement :

• Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, Business or related disciplines.
• 3-4 years in Product Management / Marketing exp. in Pharmaceutical industry.
• Good experiences in Ethical / Generic Medicines.
• Innovative, analytical, multitasker & good leadership skills.
• Possess own transport.
