Own, develop, and execute the HR global Solutions vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead the agile product squad as Product Owner to deliver the product build road map and support business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build amazing experiences for end users and address customer pain points. Conduct research, testing, and analysis to drive decision-making and ensure the product remains competitive. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development, while ensuring the team has adequate prepared stories. Manage product budget, document processes, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Job Requirement Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building and managing complex HR cloud solutions such as Avature, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Smart Recruiters. In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles. Good technical understanding of architecture analysis, and design. Effective communication in English and Bahasa Melayu, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. International travel requirements up to 10%.
