Grow and manage target accounts, building a strong sales pipeline.
Identify customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
Support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Act as a technical advisor and solution advocate for laboratory instrumentation.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Lead negotiations to secure successful outcomes.
Travel within Malaysia to meet customers as required.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Bioprocess/Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum
2 years' experience
in sales and/or laboratory roles, ideally with leadership exposure.
Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments (e.g., DSC, TGA, UV-Vis, FTIR, Raman, Auto Titration, Lab Automation, Bioprocessing).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to travel and possess own transport with a valid driving license.
