Company Description MACEE Fulbright is a binational commission founded in 1963 to promote educational exchange between the United States and Malaysia. MACEE\'s mission is to enhance mutual understanding between Malaysians and Americans by providing educational and cultural exchange opportunities. The commission is overseen by a Board of Directors consisting of 10 regular members and two Honorary Co-Chairmen. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Manager located in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Program Manager will manage staff and be responsible for managing and coordinating MACEE\'s programs in Malaysia, including the Fulbright Grant program. The Senior Program Manager will oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This position requires strong program management, communication, and leadership skills. Qualifications Excellent program management skills, including program development, implementation, and evaluation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to foster partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders Knowledge of Malaysian higher education, exchange programs, and international education Experience in managing and supervising staff Bachelor\'s degree in Education, International Relations, or related field Master\'s degree in Education, International Relations, or related field preferred Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Experience working with the U.S. government or Malaysian government is a plus
