You will own and deliver multiple projects across Malaysia, while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance within budget and schedule and achieving Revenue, Margin, Billings & collection per LSS SEA AOP in collaboration with LSS Malaysia Field Service Manager and LSS SEA Program Manager.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Own and overdrive Revenue, Margin, Billing, Collection and EACs as per monthly AOP ask from LSS SEA business.\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership and MOS to drive Project execution via direct liaison with LSS business leaders, Operations leaders, Sales, Global migration teams, P&E, Sourcing/Factory and Finance to ensure customer\'s quality and delivery requirements are met or exceeded\xc2\xb7 Own Financials & Reporting and be the focal point for the assigned projects, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure business KPI\'s are met or exceeded\xc2\xb7 Set and meet productivity savings while improving customer satisfaction. Support long term customer relationship management and Net Promoter Score improvement.\xc2\xb7 Drive measurable financial improvement through world class program execution for Honeywell business including revenue acceleration, Margin & Working Capital improvement\xc2\xb7 Partner with ISC function for improved forecasting, delivery, and communication related to SIOP\xc2\xb7 Drive the transformation of SEA LSS project execution, process compliance and continuous improvement in collaboration with SEA Projects Leader, finance, PCO, and business leaders\xc2\xb7 Time to time, may need to manage specific Thailand and Indonesia projects on need basis\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to existing global quality processes as well as continuously developing and implementing improvement\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership & mentoring of assigned project personnel, manage their activities, and ensure proper use of Global Migration Support Centre (GMSC), Advance Migration Technology and Global Engineering ServicesKey Qualifications & Capabilities:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or Engineering\xc2\xb7 PMP or equivalent accreditation

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to energize cross-functional, global customers, teams, and organizations
• Qualification and training in formal and systematic methods of program planning, management, and control
• Significant experience working with cross-functional (matrixed) teams\' engagement
• Ownership and accountability and ability to motivate others
• Integrative problem-solving skills
• Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks and opportunities
• Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope
• Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification desired
