We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Project Consultant, based in Tricor Roots Business Intelligence Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our business and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

Operations/Functional Responsibilities:

(A) Project Planning and Management

• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Tracking milestones and timelines across various projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation e.g. Client\'s Requirements Functional Specification Document (FSD) & Training Materials.
• Manage risks and issues that may impact the deliverables of a project

(B) Customer Support Management

• Managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
• Report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• To provide product training to Corporate End User.
• To attend the raised issue within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Establish strong information feedback on Client needs.

Key requirements

• Must possess bachelor\'s degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Project Management or its equivalent
• At least 3-5 years working experience in related fields
• Good understanding and working knowledge of current IT trends and innovations
• Skills required: System Test Skill Set, Project requirement study and proposed solutions and Business Analyst Skill set
• Proactive and positive nature.
• Must possess management, good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Malay.
• Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
• Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
