In your new role you will:

• Lead and manage technology development projects with a focus on SiC technologies.
• Plan, track, and control the entire project management cycle - from initiation and risk management to final project closure - while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Actively align and coordinate goals with cross-site teams (including simulation, technology, unit process development, quality), fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Enable efficient global communication among stakeholders, serving as the interface between technology experts, marketing, and management.
• Drive a proactive problem-solving approach, motivating diverse and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
• Innovate and continuously drive solutions to challenges in SiC power technology development while balancing resource constraints and time imperatives.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or master degree in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, material sciences, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge about power semiconductor devices; ideally experience with SiC.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience; ideally in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven project management experience; a formal Project Management certification (e.g. IPMA) as a plus.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively using systematic problem solving frameworks (8D, Six Sigma)
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• An innovative mindset that encourages creativity and solution-oriented approaches in technical problem solving.
• Team leadership skills to inspire, guide, and motivate cross-functional and international teams.
