Job Responsibility
1. To lead and ensure project is complete on time.
2. To develop projects plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
3. To provide feedback, advice regarding on projects.
4. To coordinate with vendors and supplier as needed.
5. Manage all aspects of projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
6. To prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
7. Monitor staff performance.
8. Prepare reports for management review.
9. To develop and manage all aspects of the project from planning, external vendor relationships, communication, resources, budget, change, risk and issues.
10. To act as internal trainer by conducting on job training for the department.
11. To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Diploma / Degree in water supply and sewerage engineering or any field
\xc2\xb7 Above 13 years working experience in production management.
\xc2\xb7 Relevant skills and knowledge: Familiar with International codes and industry standards. Preferably for oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, mineral processing and pharmaceutical industries.
\xc2\xb7 Risk assessment and management.
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of supplier of third-party management software.
\xc2\xb7 Decision making
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills
