Key Responsibilities

? Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for oil & gas projects (FEED, EPC/EPCIC, brownfield/greenfield).

? Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil) to achieve project schedules and key milestones.

? Plan, monitor, and control project activities, ensuring progress aligns with contractual obligations.

? Prepare and present project progress reports, technical documentation, and key performance updates to higher management and stakeholders.

? Manage client relationships, attend progress and review meetings, and act as primary point of contact for all project matters.

? Ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, IECEx, ISO, etc.) and company procedures.

? Oversee subcontractor activities, procurement, and fabrication schedules to maintain alignment with project timelines.

? Identify potential risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements.

? Drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline).

? Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the oil & gas industry (EPC, commissioning, or operations).

? Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

? Strong skills in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and documentation/reporting systems.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

? Familiarity with contract management, procurement, and cost control.

? PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Salary package will be finalized after the interview session.
