Job description
In your new role you will:
- To lead Conceptual Design and Prelim Design for IFKM future building & infra projects.
- To manage all technical related topic for future B&I expansion projects.
- To support Senior Project Director to ensure the design meets the project specification and technical accordance.
- To support overall project execution and ensure General Contractor meets the client\'s specification.
- To oversee and coordinate all engineering, construction, Testing & Commissioning jointly with General Contractor.
- To Liase with Senior Project Director to clarify and resolve various engineering and construction issues to ensure the project technical compliance.
- To manage overall project schedule and meeting specified milestones.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Project Management certification will be an advantage.
- Design & Build Fab project experience.
- Risk assessment & Risk control.
- Ability to apply effective problem solving methods and skills to secure project and line organization targets in a complex environment.
- Ability to understand and solve complex instabilities in FM operations.
- Profound leadership of diverse teams within projects and line organization.
- Anticipates and pro-actively manages change while ensuring buy-in for change and is able to deal with ambiguity.
- Builds team structure based on diversity of thought, skills and personalities to maximize capabilities & outcome.
