Manage the contractor and consultants to achieve Project Site Department Objective mainly, Time, Quality and Cost (to reduce Variation Order) include discussion and managing conflicts with contractor.
Plan construction flow and schedule
Needs to manage own Project Site and QAQC team well to achieve Project site Department objective and deadline.
Ensure Certificates of Compliance and Completion and other authorities approval are obtained within the scheduled time
Assist in handing over completed units in satisfactory quality and conditions
Manage the defects rectification process
JOB REQUIREMENT
Degree holder in the field of civil engineering or quantity surveyor.
Possess above 10-15 years working experience in property developer company/construction with 3 years in senior managerial role.
Experience in technical construction aspect for building and infrastructure (landed house experience will be preferable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead a team of consultants and internal project and authority staff.
Quality oriented person - eyes for details and quality.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
Possess strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Qlassic certificate - good to have.
