Role Description Lead and conduct feasibility studies for new developments. Prepare development plans with the relevant professional consultants. Manage the submission of development plans to the relevant authorities and obtain their timely approvals with favorable conditions. Lead the project team including internal project employees, professional consultants and contractors. Manage the tender process for construction works. Provide value engineering solutions to optimize construction costs. Manage the contracts of contractors and consultants. Plan the project development and construction flow and schedule. Monitor and control property development costs and budgets. Monitor and ensure high physical construction works quality. Ensure Certificates of Compliance and Completion and other authorities\' approval are obtained within the scheduled time. Assist in handing over completed units in satisfactory quality and conditions. Manage the defects rectification process. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. To work closely with architects and engineers. To be responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project. To continually forecast, keeping the team informed of forecasts including the changes and managing the scope meticulously. To have knowledge and able to handle authority matters. Requirements:- Degree holder in the field of civil engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, architectural, town planning/urban planning or relevant field. Possess above 10-15 years working experience in construction with 3 years in senior managerial role. Experience in technical construction aspect for building and infrastructure (landed house experience will be preferable). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead a team of consultants and internal project and authority staff. Quality oriented person - eyes for details and quality. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
