Job Description

• Responsible for scheduling, planning, conducting and coordinating civil and structural works.

• Managing engineering deliverables and coordinating multi-disciplinary tasks to ensure they meet project quality standards.

• Ensuring efficient and timely completion of civil design engineering tasks during both proposal and project delivery stages.

• Inspecting and overseeing all sub-structural, architectural, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works.

• Ensuring that on-site construction activities adhere to the Drawings and Specifications, as well as comply with local regulations and requirements.

• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities on project-related matters to ensure smooth work progress.

• Conducting minor design calculations, creating drawings, and preparing reports.

• Preparing and compiling weekly and monthly project reports.

• Preparing billing correspondence and certificates for the Architect.

• Ensuring the quality of the building and workmanship during the construction stage.

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from accredited institution.

• At least 10 years of experience in site work for building and infrastructure construction.

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong organizational and planning skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and performs well under pressure.

• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak in Mandarin would be an advantage).

• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.

• Possess own transporation and willing to travel.
