Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to statutory, quality and project control guidelines throughout the full development life cycle. This also includes managementof issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.The Senior Project Manager ensures that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of businessProvide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestonesFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneouslyManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesReport on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellencePrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectIdentify and mobilize adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframesManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetingsMonitor performance and complete performance reviewsProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues.Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practicesManage project scope and changesParticipate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholdersAct as an internal quality control check for the projectManage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolutionAssist in dispute, negotiation, arbitration or litigation, as neededSupport formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contractDefine the Scope of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and servicesDevelop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issuesSet and continually manage project and program expectations while managing deliverable with team members and stakeholdersDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelMonitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholdersDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areasDefine success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycleIdentify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholdersDeliver appropriate and effective communicationEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsManage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselineContinue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practicesOther duties as assignedLocation:On-site Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaJLL Privacy NoticeJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
