-Developing project plans, defining project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and creating detailed project schedules.

-Building and leading project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the team.

-Identifying project stakeholders, establishing and maintaining relationships with them, and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

-Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, monitoring project risks, and implementing contingency plans when necessary.

-Creating and managing project budgets, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated budget.

-Establishing quality standards for project deliverables, conducting regular quality checks, and ensuring that project outputs meet the defined criteria.

-Generating regular progress reports, documenting project activities, milestones, and decisions, and maintaining project documentation for future reference.

Requirements

-Minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in project management, business administration, engineering or any related fields of study.

-At least 10 years of working experience in relevant fields.

-Possesses a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

-Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance.

-Ability to clearly articulate project goals, progress, and challenges, and manage stakeholders expectations.

-Ability to identify and address project issues, make informed decisions, and navigate through complexities and uncertainties.

-Excellent command in English and Bahasa Melayu.
