The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Coordination of global project to implement all required capabilities for running full R&D cycle in our production site in Kulim ("SynchrOS"). Lead the cross-site team with participants from Operations and R&D. Responsibility for project schedule and budget. Coordination of transfer activities to enable production of additional chiptypes in our site in Kulim. Interface to the R&D departments regarding the transfer of new processes/products to production. Responsibility for the optimization of associated quality, stability, and yield KPIs, as well as time to market. Global synchronization of our production processes with the goal of reducing complexity and improving stability. Support problem analysis and troubleshooting in production, including leading of excursion and 8D Teams. Represent Process Integration in internal and external audits (incl. Customer audits).

Master, PhD in Physics, Engineering or similar > 8 years in semiconductor engineering, product integration experience preferrably in LED industry. > 5 years managment/coordination of technology projects like process/product optimizations, technology transfer or similar. Experience working in international environments preferred. Professional knowledge in Semiconductor Engineering, Product Management, LED Technology. Excellent Problem solving / 8D, Communication & Stakeholder Managment. Highly experienced in Project Managment tools,ideally OS internal PM tool experience (SAP based, PIA, Procon). * Agile mindset and adaptability to the fast changing environments.
