Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all project phases using
Primavera P6
.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and other teams to gather inputs and ensure schedules align with project requirements.
Monitor progress against baseline schedules, identify potential delays, and recommend recovery actions.
Conduct
schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and resource loading/leveling
in Primavera.
Prepare and present regular schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts to management and clients.
Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master schedule for consistency and accuracy.
Maintain project documentation and historical data for lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Support change management by evaluating schedule impacts of proposed variations.
Ensure compliance with company standards, best practices, and contract requirements related to project planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Construction Management
, or related field.
5-7 years' experience
in project planning and scheduling within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Expert-level proficiency in
Primavera P6
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
project controls, Earned Value Management (EVM), and cost-schedule integration
.
Familiarity with tools such as
MS Project, Excel, Power BI
is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
