Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Ability in doing sourcing raw material, eg. Paper roll, Plastic Resin, Chemicals and engineering parts. Hands on in enquiry, quotation evaluation, PO issuance and follow ups to ensure timely delivery to meet production schedule. Evaluate supplier performance and identify new suppliers to optimize cost, quality and delivery. Price negotiation, credit terms and contract to ensure cost-effective procurement Timely response to supplier sales confirmation to ensure raw material is delivered on time for production use. Work closely with warehouse and production for material delivery schedule and stock levels. Collaborate with Account Dept for timely invoice processing and payment and reconciliation. Monitor on KPIs eg. cost saving and supplier performance, to identify area for improvement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION / BACKGROUND
Minimum Diploma level with about 5yrs experience in manufacturing industry Familiar with raw material used in paper industry and their market trends Strong negotiation and analytical skill Proficiency in ERP system eg. Autocount and MS Excel Proficient in BM, English AND Mandarin to liase with Mandarin speaking suppliers and customers

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
