Senior Purchasing Executive
Our client, an established holdings is seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Senior Purchasing Executive. As a key player in the department, ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Edible Oils)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Location: Johor Bahru Town

- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services required by the users, example: MRO, hardware, facilities & maintenance, contract & services, and etc.
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet the requirements of pricing, quantity, quality, and other commercial terms.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard new suppliers.
- Work closely with users to ensure meeting the requirements of technical specs and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate quantity and quality.
- Verify invoices from suppliers before submission for payment processing.
- Maintain proper records of suppliers and inventory data in the system.
- Monitor inventory level.
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in supply chain/procurement/purchasing function or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal/Written).
