Job Description
We are Plastic Resin pellets manufacturing company and we are looking for suitable candidate to join our team as:-
A Purchasing Executive manages the entire buying process: sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices/terms, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring quality/compliance to get necessary goods/services at best value, balancing cost, quality, and timely supply for company needs, involving strategic planning and vendor management. Core Responsibilities: Base in Malaysia but with relevant industry Knowledge and experiences in Malaysia and Australia Markets:-
Supplier Management:
Find, evaluate, select, and build relationships with vendors, monitoring their performance.Sourcing & Negotiation:
Research potential suppliers, compare offers, and negotiate contracts for pricing, terms, and quality.Procurement Operations:
Create purchase orders (POs), process documents, track deliveries, and ensure timely arrival of goods.Inventory & Stock Control:
Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and order supplies to prevent stockouts.Cost & Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends, review product costs, and find opportunities for savings.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and prepare cost analysis reports.Internal Collaboration:
Work with other departments (production, accounts, warehouse) to understand needs and resolve issues.Compliance:
Ensure all purchases follow company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.Key Skills:
Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Knowledge of supply chain, vendor sourcing, and purchasing software. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve problems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
