Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated/manual scripts for web and mobile applications. Perform end-to-end functional testing to validate new features, while ensuring stability of existing functionalities through regression testing. Log, track, and manage defects using bug-tracking platforms such as Jira, and follow through until resolution. Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and software engineers to review requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure deliverables meet user expectations. Conduct cross-browser and multi-device compatibility testing to guarantee consistent user experiences across platforms. Recommend and implement improvements to QA methodologies, tools, and workflows to support faster, more reliable release cycles. Participate in release readiness assessments, providing quality sign-off and risk analysis before deployment. Stay updated on emerging QA tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance testing efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance, specifically testing web and mobile applications. Solid practical background in executing functional testing across diverse platforms. Proficient in using test case management systems and defect tracking tools. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.
