Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Support in developing, implementing, assuring and monitoring the quality and regulatory compliance strategies of the company.

2. Supports customer complaint handling and follow up actions.

3. Support external, internal & supplier audit and follow up remediation plan.

4. Support investigation, defining root-cause and implementation of cerrective action and preventive actions in a timely manner.

5. Manages the document control for quality management system & GMP procedures and quality records.

6. Develop, implement and maintain QA procedures and protocols to ensure product quality and safety.

7. To arrange equipment for external calibration as per schedule and ensure the certification are filed and up-to-date.

8. To provide training and support to operation team on systems, policies, procedures and core processes.

9. Assists on coordinating and leading the process validation (PV) and cleaning validation (CV) to ensure that, a process consistently produces a result or product meeting its pre-determined specification.

10. Prepare validation protocol. Compile, review and analyses the results from the validation.

11. To assist the superior in completing any specific assignment or project as and when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of bachelor's degree in science or equivalent.

2. More than 3 years hands on experience in the field of Quality Assurance in a manufacturing or any equivalent experience.

3. Working experience in a pharmaceutical organisation will be of advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
