Job Description

This role involves overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections at various production stages, coordinating with relevant teams and authorities, and addressing quality issues. The goal is to ensure compliance with QAQC procedures, identify and resolve defects, and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.

• Ensure compliance with QAQC requirements by coordinating with Production & Logistic teams for post-concreting & pre-delivery inspections.
• Perform inspections of precast panels at various stages (post-pour & pre-delivery).
• Coordinate with Engineers & RTO for both scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
• Maintain quality records.
• Assist the Manager/Engineer with quality-related tasks.
• Verify the quality of cast-in items and raw materials, including concrete batching & pouring as directed by Manager/Engineer.
• Actively participate in scheduled or unscheduled inspections and report progress accordingly.
• Fulfill assigned tasks from the Management.
• Ensure all employees, subcontractors, and suppliers follow company QAQC procedures.
• Identify and report quality control issues to superiors.
• Analyze recurring defects, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
• Liaise with main contractors and government authorities.

• Candidate must possess a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in precast industry.
• Willing to be based in Johor.
