About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

QA Lead

to oversee quality assurance initiatives across multiple complex platforms and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving testing strategies, ensuring product quality, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

QA activities

across diverse projects and platforms, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet organizational standards. Develop, review, and execute

test plans, test cases, and test scripts

aligned with defined quality benchmarks. Work closely with

development

and

product teams

to ensure full test coverage and seamless integration of new features. Mentor and guide

junior QA engineers

, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. Oversee the

defect tracking and resolution process

, ensuring timely identification and closure of issues. Assist in diagnosing

production issues

and participate in

post-deployment testing

to validate system stability and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

or a related field. Minimum of

5 years' hands-on experience

in software testing or Quality Assurance. Strong understanding of

testing methodologies

, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Basic programming knowledge in

Python

Java

, or similar languages. Solid understanding of the

trading or financial domain

is highly desirable. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both

frontend

and

backend

teams to achieve comprehensive test coverage. Demonstrated

leadership skills

problem-solving and organizational abilities

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
