About the Company
Our client is a full-service office interior design firm in KL, Malaysia, specializing in cost-effective premium design and space planning for corporate offices and commercial spaces.
Under the expert guidance of founder and partners, they have expanded their capabilities and services into producing and providing custom quality finishes and furnishings.
\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities
- \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfRequired to handle both Design & Build and Tender RFQ.
- Required to have strong sourcing capability and contracts.
- Assist design and project management on pitching and awarded job especially on technical and mechanical knowledge.
- To control on each project margin and profit
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese.
- At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets and reports.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Experience in handling commercial/cooperate clients will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
