Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing cost estimation, procurement, and budget control processes for precast concrete projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction cost management, a deep understanding of precast manufacturing, and a proven track record of optimizing project financials while maintaining quality standards.

• Participate in tendering and pre-contract stages of projects.
• Manage post-contract administration for both Main Contracts and Subcontracts.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor payments.
• Oversee project budget, cost control, wastage management, and provide cost reports to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors for payment certifications.
• Source reasonably priced materials across different project phases.
• Offer fresh perspectives on cost optimization, orders, and claims.
• Provide contractual and legal insights, advising management on contract matters from tender phase.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or any relevant field.
• Extensive experience in construction cost management and quantity surveying.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders and provide informed contractual advice.
