Senior Quantity SurveyorSalary Range from RM7000-10,000Contract for 2 years but convertible to permanentMalaysians preferredMust be able to speak and write in MandarinTo perform pre-contract and post contract administration and must be well verse in contract management and good in contract interpretationTo draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts throughout the business development phase to execution phaseTo monitor and complete contract close-out extension or amendment, etcTo manage record keeping for all contract/ legal-related correspondence and documentationPrepare all variations Orders (VO) and Extension of Time (EOT) claimsRequirementsWell verse in pricing/ rates, condition of contracts, preparation of Bill of Quantities, subcontractors payment, joint measurement for claimsPreparations of subcontract agreementClaims preparation and final accountMinimum 5 years experience in contract management, quantity surveying of construction industryOnly shortlisted candidates will be notifiedJob Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 monthsSalary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:
