$ 12,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
1. To lead the Contract Department and implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and
required by QESH management system.
2. Liaise with Clients and Consultants for QS and contract related issues.
3. Monitor and analyze changes to the design and/or construction works for potential variation orders
4. Attend site meeting and interim payment evaluation with Clients and Consultants
5. Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Clients and
Consultants.
6. Evaluate of Subcontractor\'s progress claims and variation claim for the interim payment certificates.
7. Review and verify the Supplier\'s quotations and claims and prepare payment certificate
8. Prepare final measurements and final accounts for Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
9. Project cashflow and outflow projection.
10. Familiar with conditions of contract and arbitration.
11. Plan and organize the tasks assigned accordingly without compromising accuracy taking-off with
required timeframes.
12. Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect liability period.
13. To main the confidentiality of project monetary and commercial information.
14. Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested.
B. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
Educational Level
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying required
Working Experience
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in project management with 3 years in senior position.
