About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior ReactJS Developer

to join our

Digital Banking team

. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in front-end development, hands-on ReactJS experience, and a strong background in building solutions for the

banking or financial services industry

. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing digital banking web applications that serve millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

scalable and responsive web applications

using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality digital banking solutions. Ensure applications meet

banking compliance standards

including performance, security, and accessibility. Optimize code for

speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Mentor junior developers and contribute to

best practices

in development, testing, and deployment.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with

ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

. Proven track record of delivering projects in the

banking or financial services domain

. Solid understanding of

web application architecture and RESTful APIs

. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of

Java, JSP, Spring

. Experience with

XML, SQL, Unix Scripting

. Exposure to

AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, or Web Content Management (WCM) systems

.
