As a Senior Recruiter to expand candidates. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective recruitment strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong. relationships with clients and candidates.
As a key member of starts up organization, in addition to main job responsibilities, you will work multitasking including client management, administration, and other necessary work.

Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements Minimum 5 years\' experience of Recruiting and HR.
Engage in the full cycle of the recruitment process.
Function as a career counsellor and talent advisor, working with candidates and clients to guide their recruiting journey.
Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating of the rates
Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery of the service.
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, that includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and on-boarding with the client.
Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients\' needs and requirements
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package.
Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates.
Execute any other online and offline business WMH group will launch.
Manage clients as a project leader. (e.g., Ainz and Tulpe etc.)
Report to Business Manager, Malaysia.
Bilingual: English + Malay, Chinese or (Japanese, ideally)
