Job Responsibilities: 1) Formulating the company\'s recruitment strategy; organizing and completing the recruitment in order to meet the company\'s talent needs. 2) Identifying talents through various channels; Maintaining and expanding recruitment channels, as well as developing a talent pool. 3) Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to confirming recruiting needs, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers. 4) Participating in the establishment and improvement of recruitment strategy, policy and procedure. Analyzing and reporting on recruitment data and talents dynamics on a regular basis. 5) Working closely with the local and HQ business departments and other functions of HR department to understand the business department\'s recruitment needs in real time. 6) Responsible in campus recruitment & employer branding including hosting and attending college/ university career activities & events. 7) Providing appropriate talent suggestions and promoting recruiting procedure in order to achieve the recruitment goal. Job Requirements: 1) Bachelor and equivalent degree and above, major in HR is preferred. 2) 5 to 7 years of professional HR experience in a high performing global organization is preferred. 3) Experience in full recruiting lifecycle including job briefing, active sourcing, developing recruitment plan, candidate outreach. 4) Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies, techniques, and platforms, strong end-to-end process thinking with experience in managing multiple projects. 5) Proven ability to lead, consult, and influence others while maintaining a focus on customer service. 6) Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs. 7) Professional in English and Chinese.
