Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
\xc2\xb7 Works closely with key stakeholders to drive talent management and talent needs locally to meet business requirements
\xc2\xb7 Implements and standardizes the needed employee life cycle organizational processes and policies
\xc2\xb7 Oversees and manages the end-to-end HR operations and business partner functions
\xc2\xb7 Supports the Management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and recommendations; analyzing information and applications.
\xc2\xb7 Guides the Management and employees by researching, developing, writing, and updating the relevant HR policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing the organization\'s core values.
\xc2\xb7 Partners with stakeholders to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with the Key Talent Management HR team to drive our Talent Management Initiatives such as talent pipelining, talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, etc across the Organization.
\xc2\xb7 Partner with hiring managers and heads of divisions and departments to identify business needs and to translate them into a strategic manpower plan and talent acquisition strategy.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
\xc2\xb7 With a minimum of 12 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management exposure working within a Financial Services organization.
\xc2\xb7 Relevant working experiences in HR with regional HR working experiences across SEA.
\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different people from different countries and backgrounds
