We are looking for a Senior Renewals Sales Representative to join our Renewals Sales team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting to the supervisor of Renewals Sales APJ. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technical Support, channel partners, and customers to expedite the sales and closure of all maintenance and subscription renewals. You will be responsible for managing the Korea territory to meet or exceed targets for maintenance and subscription renewals.

You\'re the ideal candidate if you are a committed, detail- and results-oriented team player with effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

What you\'ll do:

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and drive quarter renewals to ensure a high in-quarter renewal rate
  • Generate renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of Infoblox maintenance and subscription renewals
  • Evangelize for Renewals within Infoblox with customers and partners- coordinate with external parties and the sales team to ensure renewals are made on time
  • Provide and maintain a detailed 120-day forecast in Salesforce.com
  • Execute on upsell opportunities, including co-termination and multi-year renewals
  • Lead customer meetings and collaborate with account executives and support to maximize customer value to translate to high customer retention and renewal rates
  • Maintain and update Salesforce records to summarize all customer and partner contacts and opportunities
  • Communicate sales activity with the manager through regularly scheduled account reviews
  • Support manager with special projects as requested
What you\'ll bring:
  • 3 to 5+ years service renewals sales experience in a technology environment
  • Working knowledge of the service business, including co-termination, service terms, and terms and conditions
  • Experience with up-sell and cross-sell, opportunity management including strong closing skills with a history of quota over-achievement
  • Fluency in both verbal and written in Korean and English is a must, Mandarin is optional
  • Proficient Excel, strong Oracle and Salesforce.com background
  • Ability to assist with root case issue resolution
  • Ability to work with and effectively communicate with senior-level management

  • Be a part of the operational processes in the Renewal team
  • Partner to build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Understand key renewal metrics such as in quarter renewal rate, upsell, down-sell and cross-sell
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of key tools such as Salesforce

  • Exceed your renewals sales goals through understanding the customer\'s needs and upsell or cross-sell where it\'s a good fit
  • Forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Have a good understanding of Infoblox products
  • Demonstrate strong territory management through increased revenue delivery, on-time quotes and renewals, and strong relationships with account teams and partners
