Job Description

:

Responsible for greeting customers, processing rentals and answering and receiving telephone call enquiries, resolving overdue rentals, responding to customer questions and complaints, servicing vehicles for customer rentals and communicating with drivers for customer pick-ups for shuttle service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and process customer's reservation and ensure all documents are complete and payment is secured in agreement Share all necessary information, Terms & Conditions with customer to ensure there is no dispute Answer telephone calls and customer enquiries Handle customer-related issues; direct to other appropriate personnel and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure cars are ready for booking, washed and functioning with no issues Delivery and collection of car upon request by customer. Attend to car breakdowns when necessary. Ensure cars are serviced according to schedule and maintained well. Daily inspection of cars is mandatory Submit daily/weekly reports to supervisor. Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions Enter and maintain information in logs. Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.
Skills:

2-3 years' experience of Car Rental or Car Leasing experience (SENIOR RSO) Fresh graduates (RSO) Computer Literacy Good Communication and Organizational Skills Knowledge of Car Rental or Car Leasing operations would be advantageous. Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures. Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
