Analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks to provide insights for procurement decisions.
Prepare and monitor annual/quarterly procurement budgets.
2. Supplier Management and Development
Identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
Lead supplier performance evaluations, including delivery, quality, pricing, and service.
Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
3. Procurement Execution and Process Optimization
Review and issue purchase orders to ensure compliance and transparency in procurement processes.
Track order fulfillment and coordinate resolution of delivery issues.
Optimize procurement processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
4. Cost Control and Negotiation
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to secure the best procurement terms.
Lead cost-saving initiatives to achieve continuous procurement cost optimization.
Analyze procurement data and propose cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement strategies.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, R&D, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and project-related procurement activities.
Participate in project evaluation and supply chain risk assessments.
6. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant national regulations.
Manage contract risks and review procurement contract terms.
Handle emergencies (e.g., supply disruptions, quality issues) and develop contingency plans.
