Senior RPA Specialist

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly collaborate with Business Users & Analysts to identify and capture potential RPA business processes.

• Analyze the current business processes (As-Is) and offer recommendations for redesigning to achieve efficient and scalable automation solutions.

• Oversee automation project plans, ensuring deadlines are met and managing dependencies.

• Provide advice on high-level, complex solution development, architecture, and management processes from concept ideation through development, launch, and maintenance.

• Manage the coordination and collaboration between AkzoNobel and BPO for automation projects.

• Coordinate interactions with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to design, install, and maintain access controls.

• Review and approve the developed solution design document before handing it over to the development teams for configuration.

• Drive business outcomes to meet end-users\' expectations and adapt to changing business requirements, evolving priorities, and emerging practices.

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate infrastructure is available to support current and future RPA automation.

• Manage and maintain the Automation Anywhere Enterprise Setup (Control Room and Clients), including activities such as credential management, device management, and migration.

• Review and update automation best practices, coding guidelines, and other automation-related artifacts.

• Provide constant monitoring and mentoring to the team, continuously enhancing the capabilities of RPA developers.

• Manage go-live rollout, handover procedures, and change control documents.

Experience:

• 10-16 years of experience in IT with an excellent technical background (preferably with development experience in programming languages like VBScript, JavaScript, or Python).

• 5+ years of experience in developing and managing automations using Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, BluePrism, Work Fusion, etc.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of programming experience (e.g., Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, etc.).

• Excellent understanding of all the features and capabilities of Automation Anywhere Platform (e.g., AA Client, IQ Bot, Discovery Bot, and ability to leverage commands for bot development and monitoring).

• Experience and knowledge of business process re-engineering and process mapping, with the ability to develop solution architecture designs.

• Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management.

• Experience in RPA Lifecycle & Management.

• Proficiency in source control tools (e.g., GitHub, TFS, SVN).

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility with work timings to support Global processes.
