Purpose
The provision of specialist process safety and risk advisory consultancy services to external clients and internal Worley project managers to meet legislative and corporate requirements across a range of energy transition portfolio and standalone project environments.
About the role
Support the management delivery of hazard management plans during design engineering and operational asset lifecycle phases and take leadership responsibility for its implementation during various phases.
Inherent Safety Design and incorporation of specialist PHA consultancy services.
Facilitate engineering delivery related to process safety, including mentorship of associated group engineering technical practices.
Support and facilitate (where possible) the effective delivery of the various assurance processes.
Assist with other cross field reviews, such as Functional Safety Assessments, ENVIDs, Human Factors and Ergonomics workshops, Model Reviews when required.
Provide timely input on the engineering advisory work that you will be performing.
Qualifications
About You
Typically has 10+ years of post-graduation industry experience within the consulting energy and resources sectors.
Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree with functional safety engineering and personnel management experience.
Professional engineer registrations desirable.
Demonstrable experience in building appropriate, constructive, and effective business relationships.
Enjoys working in a small high caliber team with high visibility to senior stakeholders.
Achieves results set by self and others, meets timelines, pushes to achieve stretch goals, and demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and tenacity.
Deals with new concepts and complexity comfortably.
Must have work rights in Malaysia
