Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored carton box solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's carton box products, including specifications, materials, and applications.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of the products.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer preferences.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements.
