Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business promptly and professionally.
Present and promote company products using prepared scripts and sales materials.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve targets.
Conduct daily online product engagement sessions on company social media platforms (approximately 2 hours per day).
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
Ensure excellent customer experience and assist with after-sales support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer engagement via WhatsApp or social media.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Confident, goal-oriented, and proactive personality.
Able to work on-site in 8trium Sri Damansara (beside MRT Sri Damansara Barat).
