JD For Senior Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Executing sales plan that expands company\'s addressable market segment and ensure its strong presence
2. Cultivate new customers and new business in existing customers.
3. Define good business and marketing objective, plan and achieve the objective
4. Maintaining and improving relationships with the customers
5. Understand customers packaging development, work with factory to prepare our product and R&D strategy to match with customers roadmap
6. Monitors and analyzes competitors movement
Requirements:
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Engineering Degree holder
- \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of Sales and marketing experience in semiconductor
- \xe2\x80\xa2 High analytical mind
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills in both written and oral
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, open mindset, able to transform crisis to opportunities
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel when needed
