Position: Senior Sales Engineer (Pudu Robotics)

Tenure: Permanent (Mon-Fri)

Remuneration: subject to experiences



Generate leads and opportunities for the sales, lease, or rental of commercial robots.

Recruit, build and manage a strong and wide network of resellers or dealers who can help to reach more customers and increase the sales volume.

Build and maintain good relationships with dealers and customers by providing excellent service and support.

Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products and services.

Enhance product branding through digital marketing, advertisement, promotions, social media, and online e-commerce platform and explore other channel of sales and distributions.

Work closely with technical and maintenance team to provide technical knowledge and support to the dealers and customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Report sales leads, sales report, and payment collection to Head of Department (HOD) to monitor the sales progress and performance.

We will help you to achieve your sales target set by the company by providing product training, continuous professional development, and career progression.

Identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible and deliver the result within value system.

Job Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering and its equivalent.

At least 3 to 4 years\' experience in the sales and marketing of commercial delivery and cleaning robots or Point of Sale (POS) system.

Experience in channel management and strong network in related dealers in the same field.

A willingness to travel frequently and possess own transport.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and customer relationship management.
