Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Work with the Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
Collaborate with the Engineering team to provide product feedback and customer requirements
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Liaise with European customers and travel as required
Provide regular reporting and updates to Management
Grooming and managing the sales team as a Manager.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, with a focus on electrical/electronics components
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience liaising with European customers and managing international sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to travel as required
