Senior Sales Executive Channel
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market & sell company services to SME & Enterprise segment, government, and rural community in collaboration with our resellers and distributors.
2. Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for product sales and operation matters including handling and preparing documentation and reports, planning and scheduling of service delivery.
3. Support the Manager in product development and service enhancement to increase company service portfolio and monetize company network platform to improve ARPU.
4. Conduct presentation and training to prospective customers, partners, government depts and targeted public audience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in IT, Telecommunication, Engineering, or any other related qualification.
- High proficiency in verbal and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimums 3 years working experience in telecommunication industry. Exposure in satellite broadband business is an added advantage.
- Experience in satellite broadband business, wireless networking & IoT system.
- Willing to learn, work independently and proactively in meeting timelines
- Interpersonal skills in communication, customer service, IP networking and problem-solving are essential
- Must possess own car and are willing to travel locally as well as East Malaysia
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
